CONFÉRENCE DE PRESSE | EXAL DE LA CONCORDE Une conférence de presse s'est déroulée sur le site de notre projet EXAL De la Concorde, marquant une avancée majeure pour le logement locatif à Laval. Lors de cet événement, Annie Koutrakis, députée de Vimy, a annoncé un investissement fédéral de 90 millions de dollars destiné à financer la construction de 268 logements locatifs qui feront partie de ce projet. Ce financement, accordé dans le cadre du Programme de prêts pour la construction d’appartements (PPCA), vise à soutenir le développement de logements écoresponsables, afin d’offrir aux futurs résidents un cadre de vie durable et inclusif.
