Designed to meet or exceed Wildland Urban Interface fire requirements, HONOMOBOs make sense in areas where wildfires pose a seasonal challenge. Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) is a rural wildfire exposure building code in California. This means our homes are built to reduce the risk to structures during a wildfire, which can be applied to our homes delivered anywhere across the US and Canada.

POV: you're on site waiting for your modern, beautiful, modular home to show up and these perfectly packaged trucks roll in. This is a special moment on site. Each module is wrapped with care at our manfucaturing facility in Canada and delivered to your site. Once the modules are delivered, we carefully remove the protective wrap and begin levelling each module for their lift onto your foundation.

On the boards in Colorado! This HS8 has been a fun project to design. The project includes a detached garage with a canopy that connects to the unit, encompassing a processional courtyard and entry way. The two walls of glass and sloped vantage of the unit offer beautiful views of the serene ravine setting the project is placed in.

"How long does it take to get my HONOMOBO?" This is a question we're asked all the time. From design through completion you can, typically, expect a 10-12 month timeline. This timeline may vary based on the permitting required for your jurisdiction. The manufacture of your HONOMOBO only takes 10-12 weeks and we can assemble in 1-3 weeks. Efficient, effortless for you, and a beautiful end product.
