This Index is somewhat similar to a person's credit rating, but instead of measuring how well a person can pay his bills, it measures a person's soft skills. Historically it has been used in corporate training for internal performance evaluation to build company culture. But now, it is borrowed over for tourism to allow destination authorities to vet for "high-quality" tourists.
