🌟Lessons from TechMosaic YYC Fall 2024🌟 ✨ 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲. Hosting TechMosaic at Genesis Centre took a lot of extra effort and work arounds to make it fit for a tech event. It was worth it! 🤝𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆. I saw beautiful connections made that may not have happened if the space and opportunity were not created. People need people! 🛠𝗥𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲. The conversations were honest, practical and to the point - there was no sugarcoating. Immigrant job seekers left TechMosaic with actionable next steps - that was kindness. Kindness trumps niceness!
