This summer we celebrated the groundbreaking of two new extraordinary communities in Vancouver: Vine & West 49th and Arbutus & West 34th! These two communities are among the first purpose-built rental projects to complete under the City’s Secured Rental Policy, providing housing choices to support a diverse population. This summer we celebrated the the public art installation at Telford on the Walk in Metrotown, our ninth community in Metrotown. This summer, our Seattle team volunteered with the Green Seattle Partnership for a rewarding cleanup day! They dedicated their morning to removing invasive plants and picking up trash, helping restore balance to the forest ecosystem in Seattle’s Beacon Hill neighborhood. At Intracorp, we take pride in giving back to the communities we help create. Beacon Hill is home to Contempo, one of our recently completed townhome communities.
