Keep your team working at peak efficiency by implementing these 5 tips: 1) Enable Sales Reps to become comfortable using the Sales Console to easily switch between records with tabbed browsing—especially useful when multitasking. 2) Create Home Pages tailored to different Roles for easy access to the most relevant information and tools for each user. 3) Use different record types to customize the data entry experience to the specific business process. Add Conditional Visibility filters to only show fields that are relevant to the current stage in the process to reduce visual clutter. 4) Use Paths to guide users through key stages of processes and incorporate the Highlights Panel to group and maintain focus on essential information, making records more readable and actionable. 5) Design Screen Flows that adapt based on previous inputs to guide users through a logical, customized experience to collect the right information at the right time."
