You see, every time i was asked to climb up a ladder with bullshit shoe outsoles, open a furnace at a 180 angle, took a heat exchanger gauges on top of wire platforms, walk through snow because i couldnt drive, I imagined him. A steel suit of armour holding a large sword. The god of conflict. Khorne. Coming closer to the source. Playing the ronnie coleman game with burgers, oxtail, and tuna subs.

The textbook and the natural way to bear load in Tricep pushdown. The truth of the matter is, our body is not geometric. it is an assymetrical construct of organs and muscles that only look geometric for evolutionary selection. If you want to look like i did in school, do version 1. If you want to look the way i do now, bear load.

We lost $234,000 cause we only changed our socks. In the military, there's an old running joke, no matter what problem you're facing, the go-to solution is always to drink water, do PT, and change your socks. Feeling sick? Change your socks and Drink Water. Got a headache? Change your socks and Drink Water. Bad day? You guessed it, PT and new socks. It’s funny because sometimes the simplest answer really can provide temporary relief, but what happens when the problem runs deeper than that? When do we get to addressing the main underlying issues and not just the surface level symptoms? Superficial fixes won’t solve the real issues. Whether it’s in your personal life or your business, addressing only the symptoms leaves the root cause untreated. In the world of business, the same holds true. Are your employees struggling with burnout? Is turnover increasing? Are veterans not thriving in your workplace? Throwing short-term fixes like pizza parties or one-off trainings won’t solve deeper problems like workplace culture, support systems, or integration processes. So how did we lose $234k? We lost 3 employees who annual salary was $52k a year. That doesn't seem like much and that math doesn't add up... You're right. The average cost for turnover is 1.5 times the individuals salary once you factor in recruitment, hiring, training, and lost productivity. Each person costed the company $78k in turnover, all because we didn't want to properly invest in, train, and appreciate the work they were doing. At FRAGO22, we dig deeper to get to the heart of the issue. We don’t just recommend quick fixes, we partner with companies to build long-lasting solutions that address the core of the challenge. From creating veteran-ready environments to ensuring that leadership development is woven into the fabric of your organization, we’re here to help you make real, impactful changes. Don’t settle for “changing your socks.” Address the real issues head-on and build sustainable success. Reach out to FRAGO22 today and let’s start solving the root of your challenges together. Be the Best Dressed Guy in the Room.

I have taught thousands of people a tried and true method on how to measure a man for his clothing.  However, in the last few years, through some self observation and study I have made some changes to the way I measure.  These changes allow me to capture more accurate measurements and better visually observe end results. At this point though, I will stipulate that measurements are only the beginning step. Determining the correct cut, style, and shape is what will take the garment from being good to great.  In addition it is best to have try on garments that will help you and the client see what the fit is going to look and feel like in each specific area. Chest - For years I measured the mans chest while standing behind him. I have found though that measuring the chest while standing in front of the man allows you a better visual as to the proper placement of the tape. It also allows you to observe how your taped chest is going to relate to his abdomen and stomach area. Point to Point - This is a measurement that determines the correct shoulder width. Again if this measurement is done from the front you can actually see the correct width. I sometimes let the tape sit on his shoulders while leaning back. Half Waist of Jacket - This is something I didn’t teach at all but have come to realize that the correct half waist not only determines the overall circumference of the jacket but also assists in determining where the fabric is going to best flatter the man. Jacket Length - I haven’t changed how to take this measurement but have added a step. Over the last few years the length of a mans jacket has been changed dramatically. However the issue is that in many cases my observations were that the jackets were the incorrect length and the end result did not flatter the person at all. Once you have determined what you feel to be the correct length measurement then try on a garment and stand back to visualize the finished product. Jacket Sleeve - The outside sleeve measurement is very accurate with much better results. Trouser Waist - Again for years I taught that the actual taped waist was not necessary because in actual fact the seat measurement was more important. While this still holds true I have found by actually taking a correct waist measurement can guide you a little better to a try on slack and ultimately a size to base your determinations on. Trouser Inseam & Outseam - With the aid of try on slacks & the right specs, it is not necessary to actually take these measurements other than to determine the correct length. When measuring inseams & outseams I am now positioning myself behind the man. I do this because the inside seam is closer to the back than the front therefore easier to position the tape in the right area.  Trouser Seat -This is done standing beside the client. I am confident my methods of measurement will result in better looking garments.
