  • Critical Thinking in Action https://lnkd.in/grSFb2Nu Critical thinking isn’t just a skill—it’s a competitive advantage. It sharpens decision-making, helps challenge assumptions, and leads to better solutions. But how do you develop it? Start with the right questions: 🔍 WHO → Who is affected? Who holds the power? Who benefits? 💡 WHAT → What is the issue? What’s the evidence? What assumptions are being made? 📍 WHERE → Where did this start? Where are the obstacles? Where can we take action? ⏳ WHEN → When did this emerge? When is the best time to act? When should we reassess? ❓ WHY → Why is this significant? Why do opinions differ? Why hasn’t this been addressed sooner? 🛠 HOW → How did this happen? How do we measure success? How should we communicate changes? Better questions lead to better answers—and that leads to better leadership, problem-solving, and innovation. Which of these questions do you rely on the most? 👇 #CriticalThinking #ProblemSolving #DecisionMaking #Leadership #ContinuousImprovement #LearnFast Source: Justin Wright 🔗 Want more tools? Follow our new WhatsApp channel for hi-res PDFs, templates, and exclusive content not shared here! • The Art of Smart Delegation https://lnkd.in/gHSzsECz Delegation isn’t about offloading work—it’s about empowering your team and freeing yourself to focus on high-impact tasks. Done right, it boosts productivity, engagement, and trust. But many leaders hesitate... Why? 🤔 The secret lies in a structured approach: 👉 Know what to delegate – Not all tasks should be handed off. Focus on what frees your time for strategic work. 👉 Choose the right person – Skillset and motivation matter. Assign tasks to those who can grow from the experience. 👉 Give clear instructions – Unclear expectations lead to rework. Define what success looks like upfront. 👉 Provide resources & support – People can’t succeed without the right tools and guidance. 👉 Set checkpoints & follow up – Trust, but verify. Regular check-ins prevent surprises. 👉 Recognize & reward – Acknowledge a job well done to reinforce accountability and motivation. 👉 Learn & improve – Every delegation is a learning opportunity. What worked? What didn’t? Adjust for next time. 💡 Delegation reduces stress, improves time management, and builds a stronger team. Mastering it isn’t just a skill—it’s a leadership superpower! What’s your biggest challenge with delegation? • QMS vs. TQM: Which One Wins? https://lnkd.in/gVMhHDVw Quality isn’t just a buzzword—it’s the backbone of business success! Yet, many professionals still mix up QMS (Quality Management System) and TQM (Total Quality Management). While they both aim for excellence, their approaches, focus, and execution differ significantly. Let’s break it down in a way that sticks! ✅ Approach QMS = A structured system with PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), focusing on processes & standards. TQM = A holistic philosophy driving innovation & quality culture across the entire org. 🎖 Certification QMS = Certified with international standards like ISO 9001. TQM = No certification, but continuous improvement is the key driver. 🔍 Focus QMS = Ensuring compliance, efficiency & customer satisfaction. TQM = Empowering employees, fostering innovation & exceeding expectations. 🛠 Implementation QMS = Policies, objectives & documented processes. TQM = Cultural transformation, leadership commitment & employee-driven improvements. 📏 Measurement QMS = KPIs, KRAs, audits & compliance assessments. TQM = Surveys, employee engagement scores & process improvement tracking. 📊 Benchmarking QMS = Industry-specific standards (Automotive, Aerospace, F&B, etc.). TQM = Learning from the best in the industry to drive innovation & excellence. Both QMS & TQM have their place—QMS ensures consistency & compliance, while TQM fuels long-term success through innovation & employee engagement. The best companies don’t choose one over the other… they integrate both!🚀 What’s your take? Have you worked in an org that excels at both QMS & TQM? • Train Your Brain to Learn Faster https://lnkd.in/grcQEGsb Forgetting important information can be frustrating. But what if you could train your brain to retain knowledge effortlessly? Here are 12 science-backed strategies to boost your memory and recall skills! 🚀🧠 🚀 Teach It – Explaining a concept forces your brain to structure and retain the information. If you struggle to explain it, there's a gap to fill! 🔄 Space Repetition – Review new information at increasing intervals: today, in 3 days, in a week… This technique strengthens recall over time. 🎭 Create Mnemonics – Turn complex info into vivid shortcuts. Example: My Very Educated Mother Just Served Us Nachos (to remember planets). The weirder, the better! 🔗 Make It Ordinary – Link new concepts to things you already know. Struggling with supply & demand? Think of Uber’s surge pricing—when demand goes up, so do prices. 📝 Write It Down – Writing by hand activates deeper memory pathways than typing. Struggle with names? Write them down three times after meeting someone. 🗣 Say It Out Loud – Reinforce recall by speaking information. Meet someone new? Repeat their name: "Nice to meet you, Sarah!" to make it stick. ⚡ Chunk Information – Breaking down big ideas into smaller sections makes them easier to remember. Need to memorize a speech? Split it into short, meaningful parts. 🏰 Use Memory Palace – Visualize information placed in familiar locations. Need to recall a grocery list? Picture milk at the front door and eggs on the couch! 👃 Engage Your Senses – Reading, writing, speaking, and listening together create stronger neural connections. Use multiple senses to make learning last! 🧐 Recall Actively – Testing yourself is more effective than rereading. Cover key points and recall them before checking if you were right. 📵 Don’t Multitask – Distractions weaken retention. Studying? Put your phone in another room and focus fully on the task at hand. 😴 Sleep Well – Memory consolidates during sleep. A quick review before bed helps lock in what you’ve learned. Master these techniques, and learning will become effortless! 🚀 #LearnFast #MemoryHacks #BrainTraining #SelfImprovement #LifelongLearning Source: George Stern 🔗 Want high-res PDFs, templates, and exclusive content not shared on this page? ❤️Don't buy my book! 🤣Yes, I know it sounds stupid :-) ✅️15 years ago, many people asked me why I started a coach training program, where I share my knowledge and experience, because this is how I educate my competitors ✅️I understood their concerns, but I just kept doing it, it's a family tradition for us. My grandmother as a teacher, my father was an associate professor, so teaching is in my blood :-) ✅️Then I wrote a book for the coach training and even then many people asked me why I was writing it, because from now on they can acquire this knowledge for a few thousand forints, and I kept doing it and writing the next one. ✅️A few weeks ago, the third year of our English-language coaching training program of Business Coach Kft. and Corvinus University of Budapest started. On the first day of class they asked what the required reading was and I told them that I had recommended for years my Toolful Coach book, available on Amazon, but I think they shouldn't buy it now, just go to the free website on their lapop (its not optimized yet for mobile) www.toolfulcoach.com 🤣Again, many people don't understand why I made it available for free for everyone, bit I'll see :-) Zsófia Klein , Daniel M Seager-Smith , Dorottya Bodnár , Kata Kerekgyarto , Anikó NahlikKlaudia Szijjártó , Janka Marton , Melinda ZomboriPeter F. , Gabor Salamon , Szabolcs Kemeny , Timea Dropka , Kati Hegedus, Marianna Dr. Válóczi Ph.D., Katalin ZentaiBalazs Magyar , Erika Juhász PCC, ACTC , Bea Bincze PCC, ACTC, DTM , Nikoletta Mericske ACC , Ágnes Járfás Thanks for your contribution!  What do you think?
