Last week was full of celebrations and achievements—honoring traditions with Diwali, embracing the fun of Halloween, and most notable of all for me this year - sharing insights as a panelist at the Urban Land Institute conference. I was a panelist on the discussion on "AI in Multifamily: From Theory to Practice", alongside Lisa Nickerson, CEO & Founder at Nickerson, Travis Skelly, Partner at Pruven Capital, and Greg Carey, Senior Vice President at The RMR Group. On this panel, moderated by Chris Moreno, we explored the practical applications of AI in the multifamily industry, and the foundation organizations need to have in place to succeed in their AI journey.
