🚀 Today, we’re launching Roseline AI, a next-generation AI designed to enhance how physicians work and care for patients. Across Canada, doctors are drowning in paperwork, computer work and administrative duties, while patient backlog grows and wait times soar for the average Canadian. This is an unsustainable reality—and we’re here to change it. Roseline is the digital front door for the modern physician. Roseline automates patient intake, charting and post-visit documentation, freeing up time for what matters most: patient care. Trained in family medicine and 30+ specialties–including ENT, pediatrics, orthopedics, ObGyn, psychiatry–Roseline is already helping our early users see 30-50% more patients while reducing backlogs. Our vision? A true ambient assistant that works for doctors, not the other way around. If you're ready to modernize your practice, take 2 minutes to get started at roseline.ai It truly takes a village, and we’re lucky to have an incredible one. Grateful to our clinical advisors for their guidance: Dr Eyenimi Ndiomu, (family medicine), Niraj Mistry (pediatrics), Ganesh Srinivasan (neonatology), Ilan Shahin (family medicine) and Luke Kyne (ER). Our partnership with Canada's AI powerhouses: Vector Institute and Mila - Quebec Artificial Intelligence Institute has been instrumental in building Roseline. Special thanks to Roxana Sultan, Maia Norman, Laurent Tillement and Gabrielle Hurtubise-Radet for their invaluable support.

Thank you Vector Institute for organizing yet another informative and interactive roundtable, bringing together a diverse team of industry professionals, thought leaders, and consultants to address a crucial yet often underdiscussed topic: the ROI of AI. When it comes to AI, how do you define, measure, and monitor return on investment? Here are my 5 key takeaways from today: 📈 Broader Perspectives on ROI: There's a common misconception that the ROI of AI is limited to financial and productivity gains. However, our discussion highlighted that it also includes strategic, operational, compliance, and experience metrics.  ⏳ Long-Term Impact and Adoption: The ROI of AI unfolds over time and relies on broad adoption and democratization of the technology. It's important to evaluate ROI across a mix of quick wins and long-term initiatives to generate and maintain excitement within the organization.  🧭 Alignment with Corporate Strategy: The impact of AI is maximized when it aligns with corporate strategy and is integrated into existing business processes.  💰 Awareness of Hidden Costs: Organizations may not be fully aware of hidden costs and technical debts that can impede success and scale. These include issues like data silos and quality, legacy business applications, an evolving regulatory landscape, and skill gaps.  🤝 Value of Interdisciplinary Teams and Partnerships: Interdisciplinary teams and external partnerships serve as catalysts for an organization's AI journey. My gratitude to Diana and Judy for moderating the sessions and the PwC Responsible Enterprise AI team (Brenda, Tanuvi and Alex) for sharing their valuable insights.
