Founded in 1952, Mantab’s distinctive and incomparable customer service is the outcome of over 65 years experience in the food distribution sector. Known for our ability to find the most varied product assortments, we strategically source products across the Americas, Europe and the rest of the world. We currently offer premium quality products across four lines of business; frozen, canned, condiments as well as olive oil & olives and operate under several in-house banners, including Below Zero, Elara, FarmRipe, Red Feather and others. Mantab’s head office, which includes a showroom kitchen and warehouse, is located in Dorval, Quebec.

Le candidat idéal doit posséder une expérience démontrée de la réussite dans la vente, ainsi que des compétences exceptionnelles en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles. Ce poste requiert une personne motivée, capable de travailler de manière autonome et de collaborer au sein d’une équipe dynamique. Responsabilités : - Développer et maintenir des relations avec des comptes clés dans l’industrie alimentaire et industrielle. - Identifier et poursuivre les opportunités d’élargissement de la base de clients. - Stimuler la croissance des ventes. - Gérer le pipeline des ventes. - Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente. - Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour optimiser les stratégies et les processus de vente. - Fournir un service et un soutien exceptionnels aux clients. - Se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur et de l’évolution du marché afin d’identifier de nouvelles opportunités. Qualifications : - Expérience de la vente* (exigence) : Une expérience préalable dans la vente est considérée comme essentielle pour réussir dans ce poste. - Excellente communication : Posséder d’excellentes compétences en matière de communication écrite et orale. Formation : - Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) ou tout autre diplôme pertinent pour le poste. - Compétences interpersonnelles : Capacité à établir des relations avec les clients, à maintenir une attitude positive et à écouter activement leurs besoins. - Expérience du service à la clientèle (atout) : Une expérience préalable dans le domaine du service à la clientèle est considérée comme un atout. - Connaissance des produits (facultatif) : Utilisez votre connaissance de l’industrie de la restauration pour aider les clients à prendre des décisions d’achat éclairées. - Solides capacités d’organisation et de gestion du temps. While this position is fully remote, clients will primarily be centered in the Toronto and GTA area .
