We’re currently in the thick of our fourth #GrowingSeason at the commercial research farm, testing and trialing #RegenerativeAgriculture practices. Our Farms of the Future project is a cornerstone in our #sustainability agenda and supports McCain’s global commitment to implement regenerative agricultural practices across 100% of its potato acreage worldwide by the end of 2030. At McCain Foods, we recognize the need for a planet-friendly approach to #PotatoFarming that aims to restore ecosystems and reduce emissions. Through our Farms of the Future initiative, we are merging cutting-edge #research with #regenerative practices to reimagine the way we grow a potato that is better for both farmlands and the planet. Our goal is to implement regenerative practices across 100% of the global acreage that grows potatoes for McCain by 2030. 🌾 Our GB team brought the farm to the city with their ‘Infinite Farm’ experience in the heart of #London. 💛 ⬇ 🐛 This one-of-a-kind farm-themed infinity room helped educate visitors about #RegenerativeAgriculture practices, the importance of #SoilHealth, and how McCain is supporting farmers as they progress regenerative agriculture practices on their farms. 🌷 The Infinite Farm was bordered with vibrant wildflowers, potato plants and paper insects (created by paper artist Samantha Quinn)—highlighting the way #biodiversity enhances a farm’s #ecosystem. ⭐ Kudos to the GB team for this beautiful and informative event, that showcases our commitment to 100% regenerative agriculture by 2030 in a way that inspires and connects with wider audiences. #WeAreMcCain
