McIlvenna Bay Catering LP has many different ways to ensure that our residents at FORAN Mining are not only well nourished but happy to try a wide range of global foods by incorporating 'Theme Menu Nights' into our weekly menu rotations. This week we decided to take the residents on a culinary trip to Mexico with Mexican Street Corn, Skillet Mexican Turkey Enchilada Meatballs, Black Bean and Rice Wraps and Carnitas (Mexican Slow Roasted Pulled Pork). What a flavourful journey we had, the blend of herbs and spices were on point. Absolutely Delish! Great Job Team, keep up the great work.
