Mentoro is a non-profit movement that connects more experienced professionals (mentors) with the younger generation (mentees). Since its launch in September 2016, the movement has connected over 350 mentors and mentees across various industries including fashion, technology, communications, digital technology, arts and culture and media. In each cohort, we draw up to 25 experts from various sectors and we invite potential mentees to apply for the program. We ask mentors/mentees to meet 2 or 3 times during the program, for a conversation, a simple exchange of ideas and experiences.

✨ When we gather with purpose, magic happens…✨ Another new MENTORO cohort launch cocktail in the books! This event marked the beginning of our #TheFutureofRetail #Miami cohort, brought to life with the fabulous Sarah Lubas. Mentors and mentees now embark on their 6-month Mentoro journey! That night, I had the pleasure of moderating a panel with three inspiring leaders – Veronika Sonsev, Derek Yarbrough and Nadine Heubel. We dove into the evolution of the retail industry, the rise of human-computer workflows, and the importance of soft skills in today’s workplace.
