Gaining the Valuable Insights to Deliver an Exceptional Employee Experience 🤝 Gathering feedback and listening to our partners and employees is critical for delivering an exceptional customer and employee experience. In recent months, our Minto Communities USA homebuilding team at Westlake in Florida, partnered with Eliant to take part in their TradeStar® Assessment - gaining insights into trust, communication, and performance from construction trade partners and team members. Survey results help keep us informed and put us on a path over the next 60 days where similar meetings will be held across our other USA communities.  Listening and gathering insights from employee and valuable partners helps us improve our communications, products and services – ensuring we're building better homes for all our customers.    #MintoGroup #MintoCommunities #USA #Florida #Westlake #EmployeeExperience

Bringing Communities Together to Celebrate Wildflower’s newest Park and Model Homes 🚲 Over 800 guests stopped by the Wildflower Park Opening & Launch Event this past week to check out the newly completed community park and brand new single-family models, townhomes, and condos. Wildflower is located on Airdrie’s Upper West Side. This new hillside community is more than simply a place to live – it's carefully designed to reflect local roots, heritage, and sustainability, offering not just new homes but a unique lifestyle experience. In the spirit of bringing everyone together, visitors to the event were welcomed by our Minto Communities Canada, Calgary homebuilding team, where they explored the show home parade, new multi-family sales centre, and park features like the basketball and pickleball courts, play structure, and bike pump track.
