On August 10, over 100 residents gathered at the Minto Communities USA, Westlake Adventure Park in Florida for a family fun event. Connecting Residents with Simple Gestures. 🍦     Last week, our Apartments team at The Links, Lord Seaton, and Upper Canada Drive in Toronto surprised residents with an ice cream truck that made a pit stop at each property. Making an Impact for Communities in Ottawa. 🍔    On August 24, our Minto Communities Canada Ottawa team proudly sponsored the Greater Avalon Community Association’s Summer Park Party, demonstrating our commitment to community engagement. Attendees enjoyed a BBQ, bouncy castles, horse-drawn wagon rides, and a photo booth. Unveiled on August 6, this trail features nine dynamic fitness stations and challenging obstacle-style equipment, all set against beautiful scenic views. Today, we’re proud to share a sneak peak of our 24th Dream Home, The Oasis, set to launch on September 4th.   Our partnership with CHEO represents hope—hope for the Ottawa community and families in need.
