With the goal of enlivening the northern end of Kelowna's famed Bernard Avenue, we designed The Block with innovation and artistry at its heart. Our vision for this one-of-a-kind office tower was to enrich both the building’s interior spaces and the community spaces in between.    Recently, this groundbreaking project was recognized at the Urban Development Institute Awards of Excellence, winning Best of the Okanagan.
