The communication gap between IT and Business!   I had the pleasure of celebrating José Ignacio Sordo Galarza, MS, Founder & Managing Director of CIO Eureka, and his incredibly diverse career from sales to IT. During our conversation, Ignacio discussed the dire need to truly understand client needs to convey business value when selling tech solutions.
