We are thrilled to announce that Moment Energy has been awarded US$20.3 million by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to establish the first UL1974 certified EV battery repurposing facility in the United States! Our Gigafactory, located in Taylor, Texas, will create 250 jobs and produce 1 GWh of battery storage systems annually, pushing forward the circular economy for EV batteries and strengthening the U.S. clean energy supply chain.
