Our fantastic Stefanie Kane presenting to COOP students at the Nuclear Innovation Institute (NII). The Nuclear sector, as with many other engineering sectors will face a talent shortage, community engagement and promoting the industry plays a major role in addressing this. The future is bright 💪👏
Week 3! NII Explore Energy Co-op students had an invaluable session with Morson Talent, where they learned key strategies for crafting standout resumes and cover letters—an important skill as they begin their co-op journeys. The week included a visit from members of NII's communication team who led the Co-op in a marketing exercise and talked about the importance of comms in the energy sector. To finish the week, students participated in a session with St. John’s Ambulance on first aid basics—crucial learning they can carry with them into any career path. Thanks to our incredible partners for continuing to equip the next generation of clean energy innovators with the tools they need to succeed! #NIIExplore #WorkforceDevelopment #CleanEnergy #StJohnsAmbulance #FutureOfWork
