As part of the event, we announced our expanded product partnership with Veeva, joining the Veeva AI Partner Program to advance the use of Generative AI (GenAI) in life sciences. As the first product partner in the program, ODAIA will deliver an integrated GenAI solution that provides real-time, predictive insights right in Veeva Vault CRM.     Good morning LinkedIn!! ☺️ This week I had the pleasure of moderating a wonderful discussion with innovators in the pharmaceutical industry! ODAIA welcomed myself, Leandra Wells, PhD, MBA, and Erik Prieditis, P.Eng, MBA, along with many industry colleagues to discuss WHY and HOW innovation and digital disruption (including AI/ML, GenAI) is changing customer engagement. In addition, we explored organizational mindsets, and the required shifts to truly embrace innovation from the C-suite to those on the front lines using the new AI tools. We also tackled how to implement innovative strategies & tactics, and the importance of expert partners. What a fantastic discussion, where the panel started the conversation, but the audience was equally engaged! Love it!!👏🏻 It is clear that AI has changed the game, and it’s continuing to evolve, keeping us on our toes! Are you where you want to be (or where you should be) when it comes to using AI to generate customer insights and improve outcomes??? 🧐 After events like this one, I’m reminded how much I enjoy moderating important and valuable conversations.
