Congratulations to Tourism London and all tourism partners in the city for their contributions in building a vibrant and thriving tourism industry! According to data from TourismScapes, spending in the London tourism region is 2.4 times the national average. Seasonality is low, meaning that the area experiences fewer fluctuations in visitation throughout the year, and is likely less susceptible to economic downturns or sudden changes in demand.
A recent report shows tourism spending in London, Ontario is on the rise. The report, prepared by The Conference Board of Canada, reveals tourism spending in the Forest City increased nearly 11% ($106.5 million) to approximately $1.088 billion in 2023. The Tourism London team would like to congratulate and thank our incredible industry partners, business operators and community members who work tirelessly to put London on the map, offer up unique adventures and create memorable guest experiences for all those who visit our city.
