The conference was filled with 1-on-1 meetings between the Onyx Gold team and corporates and investors, all eager to learn more about our expanding portfolio and recent developments. Our recent Argus drill results were a main topic of discussion, with many impressed by the potential these results bring to the table. Onyx Gold Expands Munro-Croesus Land Position with Strategic Acquisition! We’re excited to announce that Onyx Gold has completed the acquisition of a significant land package in the Matheson area, east of Timmins, Ontario. This acquisition expands our Munro-Croesus Project by 21%, adding substantial exploration potential across this highly prospective region of the Timmins Gold Camp. Key Highlights of the Acquisition: • Increases Munro-Croesus to 112 km², a 21% expansion of our land position • Properties are proximal to major gold deposits such as McEwen Mining’s Black Fox Mine and Mayfair Gold’s Fenn-Gib Deposit • Historic drilling results include 1.0 g/t Au over 42.6 meters and up to 10.8 g/t Au over 1.5 meters at the Flipper Zone • Stewart-Abate Zone includes historical bulk sample grading 24 g/t Au with additional historic samples returning up to 13.5 g/t Au With year-round access, this acquisition provides Onyx Gold with exciting new targets for high-grade and bulk-tonnage discoveries. Located 75 km east of Timmins, Ontario, this area is rapidly becoming a focal point for our exploration efforts, demonstrating significant near-surface bulk tonnage potential. Timeline of The Argus Zone Discovery: -2019-2021: Land assembly -2021-2022: Data compilation and geology/geophysics work -Jan-Feb 2022: Initial drilling and discovery MC22-110: 136.0m of 0.54 g/t Au, including 62.8m of 0.79 g/t Au, and 4.5m of 4.88 g/t Au -June 2023: Spin-out & creation of Onyx Gold -Nov-Dec 2023: Follow-up step-out drilling to the west of the initial discovery area MC23-140: 27.6m of 0.96 g/t Au -Mar-Apr 2024: Additional follow-up drilling in the western section of the zone MC24-166: 63.3m of 0.99 g/t Au, including 17.4 m of 2.18 g/t Au, and 29.0m of 0.83 g/t Au, including 8.2m of 2.42 g/t Au MC24-164: 22.9m of 0.84 g/t Au, including 4.4m of 2.23 g/t Au Key Highlights: -2022 Discovery: 136 meters at 0.54 g/t gold, including 62.8 meters at 0.79 g/t gold. -2023 Expansion: Strike length doubled to 525 meters and the zone widened to 200 meters, with notable drill results like 27.6 meters at 0.96 g/t gold. -2024 Exploration Insights: Recent drilling returned the best intercept to date of 63.3 meters at 1.0 g/t gold from a 50-meter step-out, expanding the zone to 750 m of strike. Discover the Potential of Main Tut: A Core Prospect of Onyx Gold's Yukon Portfolio At Onyx Gold, the Main Tut target is at the forefront of our exploration in the Yukon, standing out as a crucial prospect within the King Tut property. Located 9 km east of Golden Mask and adjacent to our recently acquired Ra property, Main Tut is defined by its exciting gold potential within a large intrusion-related gold system. What Makes Main Tut Stand Out? Expansive Anomaly: This target hosts a 3.4 km gold-in-soil anomaly, with significant 50-100 m wide aplite dykes encircling a prominent quartz monzonite/granite stock. Strong Gold Indicators: Most samples report more than 50 ppb Au, showcasing the solid promise this target holds. 2023 Drilling Program Highlights In 2023, we initiated drilling at Main Tut, completing 640 meters across two holes. The program intersected extensive gold mineralization, with key results such as 0.13 g/t Au over 187.0 m, including 0.36 g/t Au over 21.0 m (KT23-001), indicating potential for a bulk-tonnage intrusion-related gold system.
