The Prince George Citizen is a weekly newspaper that is locally owned and community focused. It has been the newspaper of record for the City of Prince George since 1916. The Citizen is the founding member of, and has maintained continuous membership of the Chamber of Commerce. We ask the hard questions on community issues, ensure that local politicians are held to account, and provide full coverage of sporting events. In addition, we provide information on upcoming events and go into the arts and entertainment world for a glimpse of what sparks and inspires the people in our cultural community.
