Last week, we had a very unique virtual social - The Woobles. Yes, you may have seen them all over your instagram. And yes, it was as fun as you may think! Our team got together to learn a new skill - crocheting! Sometimes trying something new that is creative in nature can be one of the best ways to pause, connect and recharge. In advance of the social, we each selected our favourite animal, and everyone was split into groups based on their choice. We now have many penguins, foxes, lions, dinosaurs, chicks and bunnies sitting on our home offices to brighten our days. At PolicyMe, we gather once a month for a team or company social. These are sometimes virtual and sometimes in person. They are always intentional and planned to help us get closer and build trust.
