    Whoever said "The customer is always right," was NOT a business owner. ❌ There are some great customers out there, but that's not always gonna be the case and when that happens and you're out there focusing on "customer happiness," it often means sacrificing your team members or putting them in an uncomfortable position.🚩 Remember⚠️: your team is made of the people who will help your business grow and scale, so if they feel disrespected and undervalued your company culture WILL crumble because nobody wants to work in a place where their word isn't taken into account.🙅♂️ Moral of the story? Look after your team and their wants, if morale is through the roof so is performance.💯 A happy team will look after your customers for you without even being asked💪🚀 Drop your best story below!
