Reena Supports the National Autism Strategy! At Reena we are excited to see the release of the National Autism Strategy—an important step forward in supporting autistic Canadians and their families. One year ago, on October 7th, a devastating attack shook the lives of countless families in Israel, leaving deep scars that still linger today. Over the past year, civilians have endured unimaginable loss, displacement, and disruption to their daily lives. As we mark this somber anniversary, we are reminded of these diverse communities' incredible strength and resilience. @Reenafoundation, deeply rooted in Jewish values and connected to the global Jewish community, shares in the subsequent grief and resilience. While our work is here in Canada, our hearts and thoughts are with those in Israel as they continue to heal. Some of those affected communities are Christians, Muslims, Druze and more – all part of the Israeli tapestry. We are reminded of the importance of compassion and community in times of hardship, values that guide Reena in its mission to uplift individuals with diverse abilities. In remembrance of this painful chapter, we continue to believe in the strength of standing together and supporting one another.
