Every year Viterra Canada steps up to help us raise a million meals through the The Mosaic Company Million Meal Challenge. Over the years our good pals at Viterra have provided us with over 1 million meals! We visited their plan to see where our red lentils come from and to meet with producers and grain buyers who help Saskatchewan feed the world and our neighbors at home.

PTI Transformers continues to build economy and community. Their $100k investment into the BMO Asahtowikamik Food Hub created a gathering place that will see food bank clients, community members and many you share space and connect. When we create a space that is beautiful and welcoming we contribute to downtown and core revitalization. PTI has been an amazing partner to our food bank and has helped feed thousands. Now they are enriching our downtown! Jamie Carlson, George Partyka and the PTI family are amazing partners!

Tim Hortons are locally owned. The ownership and staff do incredible things to build community. The coffee is pretty awesome too. We presented our friends at Tims with beaded cookies as thanks for 3 years of Smile Cookie partnership and thousands of families fed.

Farmer Jane Cannabis Co. is an incredible partner and community leader. Thanks for feeding hope!
Let's raise 100,000 meals for local food banks! From September 12 to October 25, 2024, Farmer Jane has a goal to donate food and funds to help fight hunger in Regina, Saskatoon and Winnipeg! Farmer Jane and industry partners have supported food banks in our communities by raising over 130,000 meals since 2020. This year, we aim to make our biggest contribution by donating over 100,000 meals. How it all started: Three years ago, we envisioned bringing the cannabis industry together to make a difference, raising food, funds and awareness for food banks in the Prairies, helping to ensure no one in our community goes hungry. - 2020: 10,000 meals - 2021: 30,000 meals - 2022: 40,000 meals - 2023: 53,000 meals - 2024: let’s raise 100,000+ meals This year, we’re proud to work together with over 20 partners in this mission and we would like to give a big shout-out to our 2024 signature partners: WYLD, Good Supply, Open Fields, SNDL, Weed Me, Pure Sunfarms, HerbaFarms, Western Cannabis, Redecan, Divvy, and National Cannabis Distribution. We’re also grateful for the support of our additional food drive partners including Coterie, Space Race, Ayurcann, Kief Cannabis Co., Auxly, BioScision, Lineage Distribution, BZAM, Canna Green, and Maq Distributors. More than 1 million Canadians visit food banks every month. Thank you to the Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre, Regina Food Bank, and Harvest Manitoba for helping to feed those in need. We’re honored to volunteer and contribute to these incredible organizations. Visit us in-store to donate non-perishable food items or funds and be a part of this initiative! #FarmJaneFoodDrive #EndHunger #CannabisCommunity #FoodBank

Today was such a great day. Our friends at K+S Potash Canada stepped up to be the lead sponsor of our School Food Program and invested into play, heart and community with a new play structure at the BMO Asahtowikamik Food Hub. Their $500k investment will literally change the lives of 2000 students in 10 schools will receive a hand-up with lunches, weekend snack packs, pantries and summer hampers. A hungry student cannot learn. When we feed a student we feed their potential. Hundreds of kids attended our launch today to give a wonderful example of where the investment is going. To the staff at K+S and to the educators at our partner schools, we are making the community a healthier and better place.
