#GradStudentHighlight: Meet pariya parchini, a second-year PhD student with a background in Occupational Therapy! Her research focuses on neurodiversity, specifically autism. Pariya is working on an exciting project to improve the job interview experience for autistic adults using a co-design and participatory action research approach. This project will also develop an innovative XR-based job interview simulation, helping autistic adults practice mock interviews in a safe environment. #ResearchAtRRL Fun fact: Pariya’s got a hidden talent – she’s a fantastic chef and can create delicious meals even when she’s missing ingredients! 🍽️
