The life-saving Take Heart program helps many people return safely to exercise and quality of life, but we couldn’t do it without community support. Mena and her team are such kind and giving individuals, sweating together to build community,” - Lisa Banks, Parks, Recreation & Community Services Take Heart is a 12-week supervised exercise program for people who have had a cardiac event or have heart-health risk factors or chronic conditions.
