We are pleased to announce that we have officially received the development permit for Fairmont Views Phase 3 in Lethbridge, AB! Phase 3 construction will include a 6-storey, 141 unit apartment building and 2 townhome buildings with 16 homes in total. Another rental centre will be available onsite to better service our tenants along with more amenities for them to enjoy. This milestone marks a significant step forward in the continued growth of the Fairmont Views community, offering new quality homes for our future tenants. 

The Blackstone Village crew in Ottawa, ON held their safety toolbox talk where they discussed the proper communication and hand signals for working with Operators and Telehandlers. Safety is top priority to us and we are committed to the protection of our staff and property on all of our construction sites!

Seymour Pacific Developments is proud to announce that we have received the development permit for Kensington Court in Saskatoon, SK! Kensington Court will consist of 196 units spread over three 4-storey buildings. Future tenants will be able to enjoy many amenities such as a community garden, dog run, dog wash, and bike storage room. Seymour Pacific Developments is proud to have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and vibrancy of Saskatoon.

We are very pleased to announce that Eric Kurpiela is our latest recipient of the Golden Hammer award! Eric is the Seymour Pacific Developments Fleet Manager based at the SPD Campus in Campbell River, BC. Eric was nominated by his colleagues for exemplifying our corporate values of teamwork, safety, and being results driven.

We are incredibly proud of our Blackstone Village crew for achieving 350 days onsite without a time loss injury! The crew celebrated with a luncheon party for all SPD staff, provided by the Safety Department.

Construction is underway for Traditions Apartments in Warman, SK! This development will feature a 96-unit building with amenities including a fitness center, community room, dog wash station, dog run, community garden, and EV parking stalls.
