Our Emergency Response Unit (ERU) based in Winnipeg and is specially trained to support local, regional, and national emergencies across Canada. St. John Ambulance plays a vital role in the critical areas of emergency preparedness and response, with most roles required to providing medical care and assisting other response teams either on site, during evacuation or at a temporary shelter. When a natural or human disaster strikes, our ERU volunteers are there with advanced first aid and life-saving skills.
