Our thanks to the RCAF Foundation | Fondation de l'ARC for hosting an inspiring evening of networking and a panel discussion on Women in Aviation, this week at 17 Wing Winnipeg. Members of our team were excited to hear stories and experiences from Col. Jody Hanson, Royal Canadian Air Force | Aviation royale canadienne 17 Wing Commander, WestJet Captain Kristin Long, and RCAF Foundation scholarship winner Anastasiya Yermolenko - an engineering student at the University of Manitoba. Together we can all work to celebrate the success of woman in aviation and aerospace while continuing to support the next generation of aviators to pursue their dreams.

SkyAlyne was pleased to join with members of the Royal Canadian Air Force | Aviation royale canadienne and Airbus Helicopters Canada to mark the 40th anniversary of Airbus Helicopters Canada. The visit to the Airbus facility in Fort Erie, Ontario included a tour of the H-135 helicopter, which will be utilized by the RCAF’s Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) program, conversations with industry and government leaders from all levels, and a tour of the manufacturing facility. Congratulations Airbus Helicopters Canada on 40 great years!
