Have you ever had a chance meeting that changed your perspective? Our co-founders, Hamza B. and Daniyal Saleem, had a random meeting at the airport with Salim Ghauri, the CEO of NETSOL Technologies Inc.. This surprising encounter became a special invitation to visit his office in #Lahore. Learning from a Leader Mr. Ghauri's journey is truly inspiring. From working with big names like Mercedes-Benz AG to leading operations in 12 countries, his story shows what's possible with hard work and vision. One quote from his book, Impossible is Nothing, really stood out: “Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they’ve been given than to explore their power to change it.” Talking About the Future They talked about the future of the IT industry in #Pakistan and how #startups can succeed. Mr. Ghauri shared some great advice on creating products and offering services. His passion for helping young people was clear and very motivating. Personal Wisdom One thing that stuck with us was when Mr. Ghauri said, “To succeed you must believe. To believe you must have passion. To have passion, you must dream.” This shows that even successful people keep pushing themselves to do better Looking Forward We are thankful for the chance to learn from Mr. Ghauri. His wisdom has given us a lot to think about. We’re excited to use these lessons as we move forward at #TalentTrellis. Stay tuned for more updates from our journey!

I've been getting DM's out the Whazoo asking how we at Talent Trellis Co. train Customer Support Reps so I made a guide 😎 The best way is to create a scalable onboarding course to train your CSRs on your product knowledge. This has lots of benefits: 1. Provides a permanent resource Reps can refer back to. 2. Get real time feedback on your onboarding that can be used to improve your process. 3. Saves your managers tons of time and effort explaining super basic things to your reps. Try it out and let me know what you think. I'll answer any questions in the comments below👇 Link: https://lnkd.in/gEyhRzv9 #customersupport #customersupportteam #customerexperience #customerrelations #customerservice #customersuccess #callcenter #innovation #branding

Will AI take over all Customer Support Jobs? In my opinion, AI will not completely take over customer support roles but rather enhance them. AI is good at handling basic queries, reducing the workload for human agents. It can speed up the process of providing information to customers... ...and identify frustrated individuals needing quick assistance, preventing customer dissatisfaction. Dealing with multiple bots before connecting with a human agent can be frustrating. Personally, such experiences make me rethink using the product or service again. The essence of customer chat support lies in building relationships. Timely responses and empathetic interactions leave customers with a positive feeling towards the brand.. ...leading to stellar reviews, referrals, and long-term loyalty. What are your thoughts on this evolution in customer support? #customersupport #customersupportteam #customerexperience #customerrelations #customerservice #customersuccess #callcenter #innovation #branding

👉 'The quick response [is] better then the big company's like Nike!' 😱 👉 'The best customer service I've ever had, 10/10' 😎 Seeing these responses from our client's customers when speaking with Talent Trellis Co.'s reps is what makes it all worth it! These types of responses can be common place for your business once you have the right people, training, and support in place for your company's support team. So what are the key elements to look for and develop in your reps? 1. Empathy - having the ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes 2. Training - making sure all reps are experts on your product inside and out. 3. Continuous Feedback Loop - have regular QA sessions reviewing tickets and identifying areas of improvement. Never make the same mistake twice. What are your thoughts? What are the key areas you focus on when training your team? #customersupport #customersupportteam #customerexperience #customerrelations #customerservice #customersuccess #callcenter

How do you know if the customer support rep you just hired is any good? Well the short answer is.. you don't. Everyone is capable of giving a great interview, but it's until they get experience in the trenches that their true colours shine. So this is the dilemma 👉 you need to hire great customer service reps as they are the point of contact between your customers and your brand.. ..but it's until they've gone in and started taking tickets that you know their skill. Its extremely painful when you think you've got an A player, that turned out to be a D player 1 month down the line. Now you're out a rep and you've just wasted all that time training someone whose not a good fit! Talk about sunk costs. So what's the solution here? Well I can only tell you how we at Talent Trellis Co. we solve this problem for our clients: 👉 Have one rep go through the entire onboarding process, record it, and transform it into an onboarding course. 👉 Have all future Customer Support Reps go through the course so they have base product knowledge. (approx 1 week) 👉 Have the potential rep shadow an existing rep on the team for 1-2 weeks to learn the nuances of the role and ask questions. 👉 Set up a dummy account on intercom (or whichever platform you use) and get them to start taking tickets. 👉 If they pass all those steps, along with the final examination at the end, the person gets hired as a full time rep. The best part? Our clients don't need to suffer the sunk training costs and only pay for the Reps they 100% know will succeed since they are already trained on the product and have taken actual tickets. #customersupport #customerexperience #customersupportrep #customersupporttraining

What is the value of a happy customer for your brand/company? Customer support reps are at the frontlines of any business. They determine what sort of feeling the customer has about your company and brand is simply the 2-3 things/emotions your customers associate with you. Empathic Customer Support Reps enhance the value of your brand and provide that human touch that is so missing in today’s world of generative AI. When customers leave with their concerns addressed in a timely manner, and with reps who go above and beyond, that customer forms an emotional connection with your company which leads to increases in life time value. While it may not be obvious, Customer Support is not a cost centre, but rather a value builder in the long run. In the month of April, the team sourced, trained, and managed by Talent Trellis Co. responded to 20,590 conversations for our clients with response times under 50 seconds and a CSAT score of 99.18%. Imagine 99% of your customer’s leaving with a positive experience, what kind of word of mouth would that generate for your company. If you are interested in how our reps we’re able to hit these scores for our clients, shoot me a DM and I’d be happy to chat:) #CustomerService #TeamSuccess #BusinessExcellence #TalentTrellis #CustomerSupport #CSAT
