Then I messaged the hiring manager to express my interest after the application. Two days later, I got an auto rejection notification, which was due to the location setting of the recruiter. BUT, the hiring manager was still able to reach out to me via DM, asking for my resume and salary expectations. And he shared the company email with me to send my details and others to.
