In a recent collaborative effort between the University of Oxford and the University of Bristol, high-speed infrared imaging enabled the in-depth study of the effect of strain history and adiabatic heating on the stress state during dynamic loading of titanium alloys. Join Dr. Antonio Pellegrino, Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bath, and Antoine Dumont, PhD Dumont, Field Application Scientist at Telops, on February 25th, to learn more about interesting developments in the field of experimental mechanics.
