This funding will propel space research and innovation, contributing to the creation of a Center of Excellence in Optics Design and Manufacturing at Space Park Leicester. Channel partnership with Angel Rock Capital Exosens has formed a strategic alliance with Angel Rock Capital to promote its key product lines, Photonis and Xenics. This partnership covers a full range of offerings from UV to long-wave infrared technologies, aiming to enhance sales and service efficiency for clients in the energy and utility sectors in the U.S. and Canada. Angel Rock Capital, a private firm specializing in energy innovation, will leverage its expertise to create new sales opportunities for Photonis and Xenics. The agreement includes advanced cameras that enhance the energy sector by improving power grid monitoring, identifying hot spots, and detecting corona discharges. These capabilities boost grid resilience, reduce outages, and help prevent wildfires by locating potential ignition sources. For instance, the Photonis iNocturn and i2Nocturn series focus on solar-blind UV imaging for early corona discharge detection, while Xenics' SWIR solutions, like the Aion and Wildcat+ series, provide high-sensitivity imaging through smoke and dust. Exosens today reported its first half year results following its successful IPO in June 2024. The Group achieved exceptional #growth in H1 2024, with a 49.5% increase in revenue, reaching in total €186.9m. This strong #performance is the result of Exosens’ successful operational and M&A strategy. Exosens also recorded a significant increase in profitability with the adjusted EBITDA reaching €56.1m, generated solid cash flow, and successfully deleveraged during H1 2024. These results set Exosens well on track to deliver its 2024 guidance as communicated at the IPO.
