The Grove Hubs – Youth Wellness Hubs
Mental Health Care
A one-stop shop for youth mental health and wellness services and programs in Wellington County and Guelph.
About us
The Grove Youth Wellness Hubs of Ontario is a one-stop shop for youth mental health and wellness services and programs. While demand for youth mental health services is at an unprecedented high, young people seeking support must find their way through fragmented resources on a long journey to meet the complexities of their individual needs. We believe that the way out of the youth mental health crisis is to give our youth new skills, tools, and ways to reach out for support. With a focus on prevention and intervention, every Hub supports youth before mental health concerns become a crisis. The Hubs meet youth where they are, with openness, providing a source of belonging while empowering youth to lead their own mental health story. Every Hub provides a safe space for youth ages 12-26 to connect with friends and access over 30 community agencies on their terms. All available programming at the Hubs is designed by youth, making the programs unique to each local community and their needs. Please note that we do not monitor our social media channels at all hours. If you require immediate emergency, in-person care, please call 1-844-437-3247 (HERE247).

🌍💚 This World Mental Health Day, The Grove Hubs is proud to spotlight the vital connection between youth wellness and mental health in the workplace! This year’s theme emphasizes the importance of supportive environments, stress management, and social inclusion. Here are a few ways you can make a difference today and beyond: Be a Listening Ear: Check in on a friend or colleague—sometimes, all it takes is a simple conversation. Encourage Breaks: Remind each other to take time for self-care, even during busy days. Promote Inclusivity: Celebrate diverse voices and ensure everyone feels valued in our community. Lead by Example: Show your commitment to mental health and inspire others to do the same. Together, we can create empowering spaces where everyone feels supported. Let’s break the stigma and prioritize mental well-being! 💪✨ #WorldMentalHealthDay #TheGroveHubs #YouthWellness #EmpowerEachOther

The Grove Hubs – Youth Wellness Hubs reposted this
Thank you to all those who were able to join us for the Official Grand Opening of the Canadian Mental Health Association, Waterloo Wellington Children and Youth Services Building and newest home of The Grove Hubs – Youth Wellness Hubs on Woolwich St. We are proud to welcome 9,000 local children, youth up to age 26, and their families annually to this innovative space that should be the standard of care for those in need of mental health and developmental service support. The new building would not have been possible without Robert Eilers, President & Director of the Vesterra Group of Companies and many other donors in our community. As developer and owner of the building, Mr. Eilers has pledged to donate the building at the end of a lease period to CMHA WW. Valued at $50M, this marks the largest single donation to community mental health in Canada to date and demonstrates Vesterra’s passionate investment in the community and children’s mental health. The grand opening was also a celebration and recognition of The Grove Hubs on the main floor of the building. The vision for this space was led by the Rotary Club of Guelph and supported by many members of our community. A special thank you to Clarence Cachagee, founder of Crow Shield Lodge an Indigenous mental health service provider offering land-based healing and education that CMHA has partnered with who lead a blessing ceremony and planting of a white pine tree which symbolizes peace as part of the official grand opening. Clarence – you moved and inspired us all! Thank you!
