Congratulations to Thompson Rivers University researchers Emily Studd and Matt Reudink on their newly funded project "Understanding the Consequences of Urbanization and Climate Change on Terrestrial Wildlife"!

Thompson Rivers University along with University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) and UBC Okanagan, has partnered with the City of Kamloops and BC Wildfire Service to develop an enhanced early warning system for extreme weather and resources for wildfire training that will benefit communities throughout the province and beyond. This work is made possible through $292,500 in funding from Mitacs through its Accelerate program. Partnership develops improved wildfire management. https://bit.ly/4dMIDMC
