Jessica Patel, our Senior Vice President, recently participated in the Diversity in Leadership panel at the Phocuswright conference. When asked how a company's mission can impact diversity in a meaningful way, she responded, “If you're really clear about who you are and your mission, then you're attracting the talent that's attracted to the mission, right? If you're loud and proud about something that's meaningful, purposeful, you're going to attract talent that feels aligned to it." At TripArc, our mission is to unlock the full potential of travel advisors. According to a recent survey by Travel Weekly and Phocuswright analyzing the Travel Advisor Landscape, 80% of advisors identify as female. Additionally, the industry is comprised of advisors from a variety of age ranges. We're proud to support diversity by helping to create sustainable livelihoods for the advisors we work with.
