Congratulations Nicki LaFlamme on reaching this incredible milestone of 20 years with Trylon. Nicki wrote a few words describing her journey, growth and appreciation of her 20 years with Trylon: Back in February I was fortunate enough to say that I celebrated 20 years with Trylon! I started at Trylon at the end of my maternity leave on a temporary basis and I’m still here.  I am fully aware that this is no small feat in today’s working environment. What keeps me going after a double decade is having the same level of curiosity, enjoyment of learning, being challenged, empowered, trusted, and knowing that it is acceptable to make mistakes but only if you make them once! My journey to date with Trylon has been an adventure that has been filled with many triumphs and tragedies, successes and failures, growth and downsizing, but always managing to have a lot of laughs and fun along the way. I have so many great memories from heading up the social committee for 8+ years, organizing and participating in our adult and kids Christmas parties, seasonal events and the many, many amazing BBQ events. I am extremely grateful for the support over the past 20 years from both my Trylon family and the love and support of my own family at home. I will be happily enjoying retirement long before the next 20-year milestone occurs! We are grateful for your insights and experiences. Thank you for your continued commitment. #milestones #trylon

Buying a tower in Canada? Have you ensured it is CSA-S37 compliant?    What is CSA-S37? · CSA-S37 is the standard which applies to antennas and antenna supporting structures in Canada · Among other things, within its scope, the Standard includes minimum design criteria to ensure towers are constructed from appropriate materials, with factors of safety, taking into consideration the wind pressure and other climatic conditions present at a given site.   Did you know? Division II, Section 2.19 of the Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations requires that all towers and antenna supporting structures be compliant with the CSA-S37 standard wherever practically possible? Why it matters? Safety: Ensuring the safety of tower technicians and the public is our top priority. CSA-S37 prescribes appropriate consideration for the loads a structure will experience and appropriate factors of safety to ensure compliant towers safely fulfill their intended use throughout their service life. We recommend compliance for all business/commercial applications   Quality: CSA-S37 prescribes, among other things, appropriate corrosion protection to ensure a long-lasting tower that is appropriately protected from the elements.   Reliability: CSA-S37 takes into consideration structure classification to ensure that whatever equipment is mounted will be both serviceable and perform within the manufacturers’ specified parameters throughout the service life of the tower. Remember, if a tower is fully CSA-S37 compliant, sealed drawings by a licensed engineer WILL ALWAYS be available.   Contact Trylon at for a complimentary tower analysis to determine the right CSA-S37 compliant tower for your application. e-mail: info@trylon.com George Yacoub #trylon #CSAS37 #telecommunications #Toweranalysis #structuralengineering #Tower #communoications
