Chipotle Mexican Grill is turning to AI to help streamline hiring during its second-busiest recruitment period of the year. 🤖 🌯 The assistant -- called Ava Cado -- will collect applicants’ information, answer questions about the company, schedule interviews and send offers to candidates selected by humans. The company is hoping AI will cut hiring time by as much as 75%, so managers can focus on running restaurants instead. Will AI improve hiring, or result in missed opportunities?
