WXN meaningfully propels and celebrates the advancement of women at all levels, in all sectors, and of all ages.
About us
In 2015, Sherri Stevens, Owner and CEO, embarked on a courageous journey to bring even greater value to the thousands of women of WXN. She knew that increasing WXN’s impact required a fresh perspective and a bold new vision – a vision borne from her own deep passion and unwavering belief in the potential of women of all ages and stages. Through Sherri’s vision, a new era dawned for WXN. She transformed the community into a rich and diverse ecosystem where professional development, networking, thought leadership, belonging, and celebration take center stage. More than WXN’s leader, Sherri ignited a movement that will shape the future of leadership, leaving a legacy for generations to come. This is a story about the bold women of WXN. Sherri and her team have transformed WXN into a one-of-a-kind community where women come together to multiply their influence and impact by inspiring each other to be bold explorers on their epic journeys. These women share stories that are raw, revealing dreams manifested through blood, sweat, and tears. Dreams that broke them and built them. Dreams that were sometimes too big to hold but too precious to let go. This is a saga about epic journeys. Each woman fearlessly chooses her own path to the summit encouraged and uplifted by her allies. The summit differs for each woman, and the route to the top is etched with their unique footsteps. The trek is gritty and demanding, but the view from the top rewards every stumble. This is a chronicle about tomorrow. These women are the future. Their stories are fearless strokes of ink on a blank page read by thousands of young girls. Their epic journeys are masterpieces that inspire every generation that follows. The bold women of WXN don’t just light the way; they are the way.

I am beyond honored to be named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 by the Women's Executive Network (WXN) this year and to be recognized in the Executive Leaders category alongside such inspiring, trailblazing women. Thank you, WXN, for this incredible recognition and for this year’s theme, #BeBold, which resonates so strongly. Taking risks and pushing forward, even when the path is uncertain, has been a guiding principle in my journey. Life challenges us to be brave, to face adversity head-on, and to keep moving forward no matter how steep the climb. It’s through these moments that we grow, that we find resilience, and that we unlock new strengths within ourselves. But no journey is traveled alone. I am deeply grateful for the incredible people who have supported me along the way. Surrounding ourselves with those who believe in us is essential, especially when the road gets tough. And to my family—thank you for being my unwavering foundation and reminder of what truly matters. Here’s to all the bold, powerful women taking risks, breaking barriers, and leading with courage and integrity. Let’s keep pushing forward together and redefining what’s possible. #WXNTop100 #BeBold #ExecutiveLeaders #TakeRisks #PushForward #WomeninTech
