EOMM, alongside Kotler Impact and the World Marketing Summit Group, was founded by the esteemed Prof. Philip Kotler. 📚 Yerevan State University (YSU) is one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in Armenia. It was founded in 1919 and is located in the capital city, Yerevan. YSU offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs in various fields, including humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and engineering. The university has a three-level education system: Undergraduate, Master's, and Postgraduate. The university has a strong reputation for academic excellence and research, attracting students from Armenia and abroad. Having absorbed insights from the majority of the presentations, I wish to express my sincere thanks to all the keynote speakers and share some of the noteworthy takeaways from their discussions. A special acknowledgment goes to Marshall Goldsmith for introducing the #Feedforward exercise model, focusing on personal development and offering valuable coaching tips. I extend my appreciation to Raja Rajamannar for reshaping our perspectives by advocating #breakingsilos , integrating marketing and communication into overall business functions. His allocation of an individual with a finance and audit background to measure risks in his department, coupled with his thought-provoking book #QuantumMarketing, has left a lasting impression. Hermann Simon's deep dive into #HiTechVsDeepTech provided an insightful analysis of why European companies excel in Deep-Tech while US companies thrive in High-Tech. Richard Straub's continuation of Peter Drucker's legacy, exploring new #management models like Management 2.X and Management 2.Y, deserves special recognition. Without any doubt, Dr. Robert G. Cooper's discussion on #NPD efficient systems and value stream mapping, exemplified by the rapid development of the Moderna vaccine during the COVID-19 pandemic, was truly enlightening. Stephen Wunker's comprehensive presentation on #AI delved into the starting points for AI implementation, prioritization strategies, and the necessary steps to initiate action. In digital marketing, Prof.Christian Farioli is one of the remarkable speakers and authors, as highlighted by his book "The Pizza Guide to Digital Marketing" and the #WALTS framework. Margaret Rose Grigsby's recall of the #TurnYourBack campaign by #Dove and the positive impact on social media, coupled with #WeCapital's #DataTienda initiative in Mexico, showcased the power of social responsibility. Russell Belk's presentation on #FaceValue, discussing individuals with birthmarks and rare conditions, offered a unique perspective. The #business simulation solution by Ahmed Tolba, aiding students in understanding their strengths and weaknesses before entering the job market, is commendable. If your country comes up against workforce shortages and aging, consider the Japanese way, as suggested by Katsunobu Kato, to invest in people and reskill them for easing the problems in population decline. "12 Things I Wish I Knew When Beginning My Career," provided by Hernando Ruiz-Jimenez, offers good advice for current and future marketeers.
