  • 🚛💙 Supporting Our Community with Canstruction® Calgary! XTL was proud to support the Calgary Food Bank and their Canstruction® Calgary event by donating our drivers’ time, a truck, and a trailer to help transport materials for this amazing initiative. Canstruction® Calgary brings together teams of engineers, designers, architects, and builders to create extraordinary structures entirely out of non-perishable food items. These structures are exhibited, judged, and then de-canstructed, with all food donations going directly to the Calgary Food Bank. Since 2006, the event has provided nearly 641,698 pounds of food to Calgarians in need! A huge thank you to our team for making this possible! Your dedication extends beyond the road—it helps strengthen the communities we serve. ✨ Check out these amazing structures on display at Southcentre Mall until April 3, 2025! 🔗 Learn more & support the Calgary Food Bank: https://bit.ly/3FFxEZu #XTLCares #CommunitySupport #CalgaryFoodBank #Canstruction #StrongerTogether #FightingHunger

  • #ThrowbackThursday Spotlight: Ann-Marie Pereira Since 1989, Ann-Marie has been an integral part of XTL, growing alongside the company and embracing every challenge that came her way. Her journey through various roles has shaped her into the Credit & Cash Receipts Manager she is today. When asked how she stays motivated after so many years in the industry, she shared: "It’s all about opportunity. I was lucky enough to move through various areas of the business, and I’m forever grateful for that. Each new challenge kept me engaged and motivated. Plus, I never had time to think about 'What’s next?' because I was busy proving to myself that I could succeed in each new role. And that kept the fire burning!" Thank you, Ann-Marie, for your 35+ years of dedication, passion, and leadership at XTL! 🚛💙 #TBT #XTL40 #CareerGrowth #TeamXTL #EmployeeSpotlight #Leadership Annmarie Pereira

  • 🛤️ The Advantages of Rail-Sided Warehousing 🛤️ Rail-sided warehousing provides several key benefits for companies looking to optimize their supply chain: ✅ Cost Efficiency – Direct rail access reduces drayage costs and minimizes handling. ✅ Capacity & Reliability – Rail can move larger volumes with fewer disruptions. ✅ Environmental Impact – Rail transport produces fewer emissions per ton-mile compared to trucking. ✅ Operational Efficiency – Freight moves directly from rail to warehouse, streamlining distribution. XTL has multiple facilities across Canada, with select sites in ON and QC offering rail siding for direct integration with rail networks. For facilities without direct rail access, intermodal solutions ensure a seamless transition between rail and road. 💡 Want to figure out what’s best for you? Our sales team would be happy to help you explore your options—contact us at sales@xtl.com. #RailLogistics #Intermodal #Warehousing #SupplyChain #LogisticsSolutions

Fast forward to 2025, and the landscape continues to evolve, from free trade agreements to tariff wars, new regulations, and supply chain disruptions.
