Take Our Kids to Work Day at Challenger! This past Wednesday, we had an amazing time welcoming our team members’ grade nine students for an up-close experience in the world of transportation! They tested their skills on our driving simulator, tackled some fun trucking trivia, and job-shadowed their parents to see firsthand what a day in trucking is all about. We hope this experience sparked inspiration and showed them the exciting possibilities of a future in the transportation industry!

This past Friday, we proudly hosted the Ontario Police Commercial Vehicle Committee (OPCVC) for its fall meeting! We were thrilled to bring together frontline Ontario police officers, MTO, and members of the Ontario Trucking Association to advance the important mission of road safety in our community. Geoff Topping, Fastfrate Group’s Chief People Officer, shared Challenger’s commitment to road safety, from our onboarding practices to our professional driver finishing programs. “Together with OPCVC, we aim to promote safer roads for everyone through collaboration, education, and enforcement initiatives”.
