What little #AI tools are having a big impact on changing the way you #work at your organization or #nonprofit?

The most useful #AI will be the little things that will normalize clunky processes or quietly improve the way we work, play and learn. It's stuff we will barely notice and instantly take for granted. Take the quiet but growing pervasiveness of call transcription tools like Otter.ai and MeetGeek. These tools allow you (and everyone else) to focus on participating and engaging in the conversation ( a benefit to everyone involved), because the notes are being transcribed automatically, with meeting summaries available to you, your team or all participants shortly after a call. Also, if you miss a team call, it's easy to quickly engage with the GenAI within a tool like Otter to query a quick summary, view the highlights and get a list of any specific deliverables in which you were mentioned. This is the quiet efficiency of AI. Yes, there is big splashy AI - but the real, transformative power will come in small unassuming ways. It's not just for day to day meeting notes, it could be for formal meeting minutes, documenting important donor conversations and so much more. (I'm not a legal expert and you should definitely figure out if you need to make any updates your privacy policy etc depending on how you use it.) How would you use it to improve your work flow?
