We are currently seeking top talent for a fantastic Administrative Assistant job opening in Vaughan, Ontario (north Vaughan). In this full-time, temp-to-potential permanent role, you will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative support functions to a Manager and team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will use your strong organizational and forward thinking skills and experience while multi-tasking and prioritizing the work and needs at hand. The Administrative Assistant job opening in Vaughan, ON may include but are not limited to:

  • Provide calendar management with an emphasis on proactive planning and scheduling of both internal and external client meetings
  • Preparation of meeting materials and related logistics
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, compile reports and update files
  • Support other senior administrative professionals and the team with regular reporting and documentation
  • Communicating with clients via phone, in-person and email; this include internal and external clients
  • Point person for the team including communications and updates
  • Perform various office administrative/coordinator functions as needed.

  • Demonstrated Administrative Assistant experience - preferably 3-5 years directly related career experience

Our client offers a busy and dynamic work setting and the opportunity to become something more permanent for the right fit and timing. They offer free parking and is located north Vaughan (north of Teston near Jane). This position is commencing on a full-time temporary basis and is best suited for a confident, mature professional ready for an exciting new opportunity. The hourly pay rate will be $24/hr plus 4% vacation pay – optional benefits available after 600 hours and additional perks such as free online courses, Perkopolis, weekly pay and more.
