Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Providing general administrative support to the team or executive staff
Managing and organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings
Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence
Creating and maintaining filing systems for documents and records
Drafting and editing various documents, including reports and presentations
Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations
Assisting in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoicing
Greeting and directing visitors, clients, or employees
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Conducting research and compiling information as needed
Qualifications
At least 2 years experience in an administrative or clerical role
Proficiency in organizational and administrative tasks
Effective verbal and written communication
Skilled in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel)
Adeptness in receiving directions from multiple individuals
Ability to deal with varying personalities of internal and external clients
Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and high-paced work environment
Strong typing and data entry skills
Well-developed problem-solving skills
