Digital Marketing Manager - Pizza Delight
Are you passionate about digital marketing and would like to work in a dynamic and fun environment? Pizza Delight is a leading Atlantic Canadian franchisor with over 70 locations is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager is a key part of the marketing team creating and managing the National digital marketing elements in collaboration with the marketing team and external suppliers. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for all digital marketing projects within the brand to increase revenue, market share and customer loyalty.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for all digital marketing projects within the brand to increase revenue, market share and customer loyalty.

- Social Media platform management - Develop content calendars and ensure a consistent brand voice across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Content creation - Lead content creation efforts for all social media channels, leveraging both in-house and external resources to craft innovative and engaging posts.
- Community management: Actively engage with followers across social media and review platforms, promptly responding to comments and inquiries to foster a vibrant online community
- Website management - Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain, update, and enhance the company website, ensuring optimal user experience and search engine visibility (SEO). Provide backup support for online ordering systems and third-party aggregators..
- Support National advertising campaigns - Translate national advertising campaigns into impactful digital strategies, maximizing online exposure and engagement.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and SEO - Manage relationships with external partners to optimize SEM campaigns and drive targeted traffic to company platforms. Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Management of the customer database.

- General Tasks: Undertake any other duties related to community management and digital marketing as required.
- Outstanding communication and writing skills, essential for crafting compelling digital content and engaging with online audiences effectively.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Proficient knowledge of various online digital media platforms, including websites, social media channels, email marketing tools, and online advertising platforms.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing direct-to-consumer digital strategies tailored for small businesses, showcasing adaptability and creativity in achieving marketing objectives.
- Strong expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and familiarity with web traffic analytics tools, enabling strategic optimization of online content and campaigns for maximum visibility and impact.
- Proficiency in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), including Google Ads and other PPC (Pay-Per-Click) platforms, with experience in planning, executing, and optimizing SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Experience with GA4 (Google Analytics 4) or similar analytics platforms, proficient in interpreting data and metrics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in managing external partners such as web agencies, developers, and printers, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
- A collaborative team player with strong leadership qualities, comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment to achieve collective goals.
- Agile mindset focused on delivering quick, measurable results, adept at adapting strategies based on data insights and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in data analysis, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement of marketing strategies and tactics.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a proven ability to take ownership of projects from conception to execution, driving initiatives forward with determination and resourcefulness.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and prioritize multiple projects and events simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships and collaborating effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their influence on consumer behavior, leveraging insights to develop impactful digital marketing campaigns and engagement strategies.
- Experience presenting to groups, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
- Bilingualism is an asset (English and French).
